Privacy Policy

This app is designed to keep app data on your device unless you explicitly enable an operating-system feature such as iCloud, HealthKit, local notifications, or file sharing.

The optional support form sends the app name, a support subject, the category you choose, your reply email address, any app and operating-system versions you enter, your message, and an anti-spam field to Formspree. Nothing is sent to Formspree merely because you use the app. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed to resolve your request.

The developer uses a support submission only to route, investigate and answer your request, handle a privacy request, and protect the support channel against abuse. The developer does not sell the submission, use it for advertising, or build a profile about you.

Formspree is the form-processing provider. In addition to the form fields, Formspree says it may automatically collect technical data such as an IP address, browser type, domain name, access time and referring page to operate, secure and maintain its service. Formspree describes separate purposes in its policy, including service operation and improvement, security and fraud prevention, research and statistics and, in some contexts, its own marketing or advertising. Those are Formspree practices, not developer purposes.

Formspree hosts its service with AWS in the United States and says information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Formspree says it transfers personal information only where permitted by law and takes steps to maintain appropriate protections; its security page also says it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses as a processor. The developer keeps a support submission only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve and follow up on the request and to meet applicable legal or security obligations, then deletes it or removes information that identifies you. There is no single fixed period because those needs differ by request. Formspree applies the separate retention terms in its own policy. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a support submission by using the same support form and choosing the Privacy category. A request may be limited where retention is required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
