LoadSense - Privacy Policy

          In short: LoadSense does not collect, store, or share
          any of your personal data. Everything stays on your device.
        

1. Data Collection

LoadSense does not collect any personal information. The App does not use analytics, crash reporting services, or any third-party tracking tools.

No account creation required.
No email, name, or personal identifiers collected.
No usage analytics or telemetry.
No advertising or ad tracking.

2. Health Data

LoadSense reads health and fitness data exclusively through Apple HealthKit with your explicit permission. This includes:

Workouts (type, duration, heart rate zones, energy burned)
Heart rate variability (HRV)
Resting heart rate
Sleep analysis
Blood oxygen saturation (SpO2)
Respiratory rate
Wrist temperature

This data is processed entirely on your device. It is never sent to external servers, APIs, or third parties. LoadSense complies with Apple's HealthKit guidelines, which prohibit sharing health data with third parties.

3. Data Storage

All computed scores, trends, and preferences are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). No cloud storage or external databases are used.

Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. Your HealthKit data remains in Apple Health, unaffected by the App's removal.

4. Third-Party Services

LoadSense uses only the following Apple-provided services:

Apple HealthKit — to read health and fitness data (with your permission).
Apple StoreKit — to manage in-app subscriptions. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple.

No other third-party SDKs, analytics frameworks, or advertising networks are integrated.

5. AI-Generated Insights

LoadSense Pro includes AI-generated training insights ("Bilan IA"). These insights are generated using on-device data processed through Apple's foundation models. Your health data is never sent to external AI services.

6. Children's Privacy

LoadSense is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. The App requires access to HealthKit data typically available only to adult users.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
